WHAT ARE COTTAGE JAMS & JELLIES?
JAMS, JELLIES AND PRESERVES and other potentially not hazardous foods can be made in the primary residential kitchen by residents of Washington State under the state's Cottage Food Permit
We are also licensed food processors which allows us to sell our products on retail shelves.
